Connect the client

Start iPXE from a network card, a USB key or an existing bootloader.

Load the boot menu

Use DHCP, then chain the generated menu.ipxe from the mirror.

Choose a fresh start

Only local payloads with a supported recipe and required files appear in the generated menu.

THE ENGINE BEHIND THE CATALOG

One script. Everything in sync.

Download fast-boot.sh ↓

fast-boot.sh turns a list of URLs into a working mirror. It downloads the payloads, prepares their files and generates the catalog, PHP page, iPXE menu and sitemap together.

Disk-backed ISO mounts

For Excalibur: read-only loop mounts and symlinks keep the original ISO on disk without duplicating its contents. Root access is required; Linux manages the page cache.
